Liquid Machines Joins Industry Experts at Boston SecureWorld Expo to Discuss Information Protection Technologies and Strategies

Panels to Explore Real-World Challenges and Benefits of Deploying Encryption and Content Protection Solutions Within Today’s Enterprises

Waltham, MA - March 14, 2007

Liquid Machines, Inc., the leader in Enterprise Rights Management (ERM) solutions, today announced that Ed Gaudet, vice president of product management and marketing, will join industry experts on two panel discussions at this week’s Boston SecureWorld Expo, taking place today and Thursday, March 14-15, 2007, at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.

At the show, Gaudet will participate on two separate panels:
• “Start Encrypting Now, The Lawyers Are Coming!” will take place on Wednesday, from 1:15-2:00 pm EDT, in room # 302
• “Stop The Leakage: Content Protection - How Is It Done?” will take place on Thursday, from 12:45-1:30 pm EDT, in the keynote theater

“Organizations today need to protect the data — perimeter defenses are no longer sufficient to ensure that a company’s critical information and customer data are protected,” said Ed Gaudet, vice president of product management and marketing at Liquid Machines. “Solutions must include access and usage controls that protect data across normal workflow states and throughout its lifecycle – whether the data is at rest, in transit or in use.”

During these panels, Gaudet and other industry experts will examine the recent plague of data breaches and resulting losses of sensitive data—including discussions of what factors are driving change in the market, what role the legal system will play and what the future might hold for products and solutions. Most importantly, participants will discuss what enterprises can do now to protect critical information and intellectual property—and prevent their company from being the next public example of bad security practices.

Liquid Machines will be exhibiting in booth #43 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm EDT on Wednesday and from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm EDT on Thursday. At the booth, company representatives will provide hands-on demonstrations of the company’s leading ERM solutions.

In addition, Liquid Machines will be giving a technical demo on Thursday from 9:50-10:05 am EDT at booth #70, as a part of the Boston SecureWorld Expo’s “Fifteen Minutes of Fame - Vendor Product Demonstrations” program.
