Jeannie Vineyard Joins Liquid Machines as Vice President of Engineering


Brings More Than 25 Years of Experience in Software Development to Leading Enterprise Rights Management Software Company

Waltham, MA - June 12, 2007

Liquid Machines, Inc., the leader in Enterprise Rights Management (ERM) solutions, today announced that it has named Jeannie Vineyard its new vice president of engineering. Vineyard brings more than 25 years of software development, outsourcing and quality assurance management experience to Liquid Machines. In her new role, Vineyard will have broad technical and managerial responsibility for all of the company’s engineering and information technology operations.


Most recently, Vineyard was the vice president of quality and outsourcing for data center virtualization company Egenera, where she led the company’s testing and quality assurance operations and oversaw its outsourcing initiatives. At Liquid Machines, Vineyard will develop and execute on the company’s product development strategy, helping the company to expand upon its enterprise rights management products and services already in use at Global 1000 organizations today.

Vineyard started her career at Raytheon Systems and has held technical management positions at companies such as Kana Communications, Novasoft, OpenVision Technologies, Cognex Corporation, Cayman Systems and Prime Computer, overseeing the development of various operating systems, networking systems, image processing operations and enterprise-scale Web-based applications. Vineyard is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science.
