Liquid Machines Solution Note - Addressing OMB Recommendations & NIST Guidance

On June 23, 2006, the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued a memorandum outlining recommended actions for all federal departments and agencies to properly safeguard information assets. These recommendations, to be in place within 45 days, are in addition to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)1 checklist for protection of remote information. This Solution Note discusses the recommendations outlined in these two documents and describes how Liquid Machines Enterprise Rights Management software can be deployed to immediately address these requirements.
